Predictive Poetry

Many moons before chatGPT, Craig Ward, Ilana Wolstein and I discovered a mutual admiration for the abstract and often profound sentences generated by the predictive text bar on Apple's iOS—and decided to let our phones write a book of poetry.

Predictive text draws from each user's most frequently used words, and creates a fragmented recollection of messages we have sent; a portrait of ourselves.
